Our sessions focus on boxing, kickboxing and conditioning. combining technique, fitness and sparring all in a supportive environment. Each class is led by experienced coaches who guide you every step of the way, helping you build skill, conditioning and confidence. A dedicated boxing class focusing on refining technique and skills. whether for fitness or competition.
A hybrid class where participants can choose to focus on either boxing or kickboxing. the class is split based on preference, allowing for focused skill development.
Controlled sparring. Invite only.

An invite only session focused on competition prep.
A pad work based high intensity session focused on building conditioning and endurance.
A high intensity circuit based conditioning session designed to mimic a fight.
