At SACA, we offer a range of classes designed for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced fighters. Our sessions focus on boxing, kickboxing and conditioning. combining technique, fitness and sparring all in a supportive environment. Each class is led by experienced coaches who guide you every step of the way, helping you build skill, conditioning and confidence. A dedicated boxing class focusing on refining technique and skills. whether for fitness or competition. 

A hybrid class where participants can choose to focus on either boxing or kickboxing. the class is split based on preference, allowing for focused skill development. 

Controlled sparring. Invite only. 

A dedicated kickboxing class focusing on refining technique and skills. whether for fitness or competition. 

An invite only session focused on competition prep. 

A pad work based high intensity session focused on building conditioning and endurance. 

A high intensity circuit based conditioning session designed to mimic a fight.
